Rain Water Floods Basement

Bartlett Home Flooded

Heavy rains caused water to enter this home through a window and flooded their basement. Four inches of water was found in the basement which our technicians pumped out immediately upon arriving at the home. The homeowners were very worried about the items in the basement that were floating around.

Basement floods can be cleaned with a little bit of demolition too. The flood cuts in the second picture are standard after a flood but the drywall can be returned to preloss conditions after the drying of the room is finished. Also, many of the items that were floating were cleaned and returned to the homeowner without damage.
