Mold has microscopic spores that are spread by airflow. These tiny spores also have mycotoxins that it carries to help it combat other molds and viruses wherever it lands.

Once the spore lands it will use the moisture around it to begin to grow. It lays down a root like structure called hyphae and will begin the cycle of growth and sporulating once again.

Because of the size of the spores an mycotoxins it's important to contain mold to one area and wear proper personal protective equipment as shown in the picture. Mold cleanup is necessary whenever you see visible mold in your home or business.
