The black mold in this bedroom had been growing for a couple of days without being noticed. There was a small leak inside the window which caused the humidity to raise along the wall.

Mold takes between 24-48 hours to grow and these black spots seem to have sprouted out of nowhere. The mol had been growing for a couple of days but it wasn't until the third day that they became visible for the homeowners to see.
