Saving a Basement From Flood Water

Flooding in Hanover Park ended up in the basement of this home. The family was devastated with all the dirt they saw and their possessions filthy. They did not know where to turn. After calling their insurance company they gave SERVPRO of Central Schaumburg / West Bloomingdale a call. We went out there right away to help.

The before picture does look awful with all the black water on the floor. Unfortunately  after a flood the after picture is not the best either. Our technicians cleaned out all the dirt and removed the wet building materials. It looks a lot better but once the restoration is done then it will look great.
